Clinical Supervision Overview

What is Clinical Supervision?

Clinical supervision allows therapists to discuss clinical cases and reflect on their practice in a safe, supportive environment. We can offer individual reflective practice/supervision sessions for other psychologists/counsellors/psychotherapists and trainees/students from our Therapy Centre in Ayr, or remotely via video or phone.

Our Approach

Our approach is pluralistic, incorporating different therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioural and person-centred. Our team are experienced with integrative psychotherapy, using a formulation-driven approach utilising skills and theoretical insights from the various training they have undertaken throughout their professional careers.
