Occupational Health / EAP Health Assessments
Enlightened Psychology & Counselling Service can provide psychological wellbeing assessments and reports as part of Employee Assistance and/or Occupational Health services.
Assessment Overview
Assessing Your Employees
By appropriately assessing the mental health and well-being of your employees and supporting individuals who may have mental health issues in the workplace, early on, we can help reduce absences and support the individual (and the organisation) to facilitate an earlier return to work.
Working in Partnership
We can also work with managers to improve their ability to identify the signs of and support those with poor mental health at work, which can in turn enhance the overall mental well-being or your workforce.
Providing a Complete Picture
Mental Health and Psychological Well-Being Assessments provide a full picture of an individual’s physical, social, emotional/psychological, environmental, developmental and occupational functioning. By measuring an individual’s well-being directly and comprehensively across all relevant dimensions, organisations can be better informed and deliver a considered approach to supporting the individual that is needs-based and appropriately prioritised.
Our assessment reports offer an informed psychological opinion on the needs of the individual and recommendations for therapeutic intervention, readiness to return to work and reasonable adjustments that could be made to support their eventual return to work.
Creating a Safe & Secure Environment
Assessments can be carried out remotely by phone or videocall and/or face to face at one of our clinics. Assessments can last up to 2 hours and are also supported by psychometric testing/questionnaires. Written reports are normally available between 3 – 7 days following assessment.
